La Balsa Business Centre, Sunshine Coast, Australia
This prestigious project built on the waterfront of the Mooloolaba harbour precinct offers commercial office space on Brisbane Road only two minutes walk from The Esplanade and the beach. The building is named after the raft ‘La Balsa’ which in 1970 crossed the Pacific Ocean from South America.
